We’re excited to let you know that all the Falling Stars ✦ Tableware Sets are now properly packaged and on their way to our shipping agent!
As you can see in the image below, we’ve upgraded from a simple cardboard box to a package with protective foam, ensuring that everything arrives safe and in perfect condition ✨

Since it’s been a while since we started this project, we understand that some people may have moved. If that’s the case for you, we’d really appreciate it if you could contact us at raindogshop@gmail.com to update your shipping address.
Next week, we’ll start the shipments, and everyone will receive a tracking number once their order is on the way. Please bear with us if you don’t get your tracking number immediately, as we have a lot of orders to process, and it might take a little time to ship everything out 🙏

[07/02/25] Falling Stars ✦ Tableware Set UPDATE
Hello everyone! 😊 First of all, I want to sincerely thank you for your patience and understanding throughout this project!
Making the "Falling Stars ✦" tableware set has been especially challenging. In product manufacturing, some items are easier to produce, while others are more difficult due to unexpected issues. These problems are often beyond our control, and while we work to resolve them, they tend to cause delays.
We understand that several months have passed since its announcement. During this time, we have received many messages inquiring about its status, and we completely understand your concerns.
Thanks to the popularity of "Falling Stars ✦", we've reached a new audience who may not have known us before. We understand that some might have been concerned about delays or even doubted whether they would receive their orders. However, I want to assure you that we are a professional and reliable shop with over eight years of experience and we always strive to deliver our products in the best possible way. We will keep answering to all messages and addressing any questions you have. We sincerely apologize for the wait, and rest assured, everyone will receive their order!
With that said, we’re thrilled to announce that production of the "Falling Stars ✦" set is now complete! 🎉
The production actually finished at the end of January, but we weren’t able to update you sooner because, until just two days ago (on February 5th), our manufacturers were on holiday for Chinese New Year, which is a very important celebration for them.
They started packing all the items into their respective boxes, and we requested a photo to confirm that everything was correct and would arrive without any issues. And as I mentioned before regarding unforeseen problems, they sent us this:
As you can see, this packaging is unacceptable under any circumstances. The way the products are placed in this cardboard box without any extra protection would result in many broken plates.
We asked them to repack everything and ensure each item was properly wrapped with protective foam, even though it meant an additional cost, just to make sure the shipments would arrive safely without any issues. Thankfully, we were able to resolve this issue, and they are now in the process of packing all the products into their respective boxes.
In previous updates, I didn’t want to commit to a specific month for shipping to avoid having to announce further delays. I mentioned we would start shipping early 2025, but now that everything is on track, I’m happy to say we should be able to finally begin shipping orders in March 🤗
I'm keeping my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly! 🤞 We're currently a bit concerned about shipments to the United States due to recent policies and tariffs affecting countries like China, so we truly hope everything gets resolved by the time shipping begins. And if not, we’ll work hard to find the right solutions to ensure everything goes ahead!

[05/01/25] Falling Stars ✦ Tableware Set UPDATE
Hello everyone, and Happy New Year! 🎉
Our manufacturer of the "Falling Stars ✦" tableware set has provided an update on production, letting us know that the plates and cups are already finished, and they are currently working on the spoons 😊
The decorative figure of the spoons is also almost finished, with just the eyes left to be drawn (since we insisted they be done correctly to ensure they look right!).
I really think production will finally finish soon, and we'll be able to announce the definitive shipping date in the next update!

[29/11/24] Falling Stars ✦ Tableware Set UPDATE
Hello everyone!
We are excited to launch this new section of the website where we will share relevant information about our products, just as we do periodically with our Kickstarter campaigns 😊
On this occasion, I must inform you that the production of the tableware set "Falling Stars ✦" which was originally scheduled to be completed this month, has been delayed because the manufacturer has informed us that they need more time to finish the product.
Initially, we believed the production was already in its final stages, but unfortunately, the factory is overwhelmed with work and has been unable to meet the previously estimated deadline.
As a result, this product will now begin shipping in early 2025. However, we prefer not to specify an exact month just yet to avoid the possibility of missing a new deadline 🙏 We will share another update as soon as we have more information!
Also, since we understand that some of you may have purchased this product with the intention of giving it as a Christmas gift, we have created a small gift voucher for you to print and use if you like:
